Laissez Versez aims to revive Bourbon-making in Louisiana by creating a high-quality local craft Bourbon with rich history and unique flavors.
We prioritize using local ingredients and vendors, and take pride in being a part of the distilling community.
Our goal from day one was to create a quality Louisiana Bourbon that's easy on the palate.
We do this by pushing the barrels past the traditional standard aging process to capture a Bourbon that's pleasant on the nose with strong notes of oak and
vanilla- easy on the palate, with hints of caramel, and a long savory finish.

3 oz LV Apple Pie Liqueur
1 oz LV Cest Bon Liqueur
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Half and half
1 oz Brown Sugar Simple syrup
1.4 tsp Cinnamon
Crushed Graham Crackers
Caramel Sauce
Rim a chilled martini glass with caramel and dip into graham cracker crumbs.
Fill shaker with ice, liquid ingredients and cinnamon. Strain mixture into martini glass.
3 oz LV Apple Pie liqueur
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec)
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Simple syrup
Maraschino cherries
Shake all contents and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with cherries on a pic.
1.5 oz LV Apple Pie Liqueur
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Chambod
1 oz OJ
Fill shaker with ice and all ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in rocks glass or into shot glasses to share.
1 oz LV Whiskey
1 oz LV Apple Pie
Sweet and Sour mix
Fill rocks glass with ice and pour in LV Whiskey and
Apple Pie. Fill remaining space with sweet and sour
mix.
2 oz LV Blueberry Liqueur
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Cointreau
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
8 Blueberries
Prepare chilled martini glass by rimming with sugar. Muddle blueberries into shaker with simple syrup.
Add in remaining ingredients with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into martini glass.
2 oz LV Blueberry liquor
Tonic water
Fill rocks glass with ice and pour in Laissez Versez Blueberry liqueur and fill remaining space with tonic water.
3 oz White rum
1.5 oz LV Strawberry or Blueberry liqueur
1.5 oz Lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
10 mint leaves
Handful of berries
Club soda
In a shaker, muddle mint leaves and berries with simple syrp. Fill shaker with ice, rum, LV berry liqueur and lime juice and shake until chilled.
Fill tall glass with fresh ice and strain mixture over it. Fill remaining space in glass with soda water.
This recipe works well with either LV Strawberry or Blueberry or even mixed together if you’re feeling extra special.
1.5 oz LV Blueberry Liqueur

Brut Champagne
In a champagne flute pour LV Blueberry Liqueur and St. Germaine. Top with Brut Champagne.
1 oz Hendricks
2 oz LV Blueberry Liqueur
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz St. Germaine (or just simple syrup)
1” Cucumber wedge
8 Blueberries
Muddle cucumber and blueberries with St. Germaine. Add ice and remainder of ingredients.
Shake and strain over fresh ice into tall glass.

.5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
.25 oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass.

Luxardo cherries
Orange peel
Pour measured ingredients into a rocks glass. Carefully
place an ice ball into your mixture with the help of a
spoon. Shave an orange peel and twist over drink
ensuring to wipe on rim of glass. Scoop out one
luxardo cherry and add to drink. Stir and enjoy.

In a tall glass pour in LV Blueberry and fill remaining space with peach tea.

In a rocks glass of ice add LV Blueberry and Whiskey. Fill remaining space with sweet and sour mix.

.75 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Grenadine
1 oz Cranberry juice
Pour over ice in a tall glass and stir.

Sprite
Pour measured ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Fill
remaining space with Sprite.
1.5 oz LV Cest Bon
6 oz Root Beer (½) can
Vanilla Ice-cream
In a tall glass pour in LV Cest Bon and root beer. Top with one big scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
2 oz LV Cest Bon Liqueur
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Creme De Cacao
1 oz Half and half
Take chilled martini glass and drizzle Magic Shell on inside of glass. Allow to chill to set.
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake till chilled. Strain into martini glass.

Shake all contents and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass OR into martini glass. Garnish with shaved Andes mint chocolates.

Pour all ingredients over ice in a rocks glass.
2 oz LV Coconut over an ice ball.
2 oz LV Coconut Liqueur

Shake all ingredients and strain over fresh ice or serve as a martini with glass rimmed with caramel and toasted coconut shavings.

Fill shaker with ice and pour in all liquid ingredients and shake until chilled.
Strain mixture into tall glass over fresh ice. Add a dash of nutmeg on top of drink and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

2 teaspoons cherry juice
Prosecco
Rim a champagne flute with sugar. Pour in LV Coconut,
pineapple and cherry juice. Fill remaining space with
Prosecco.

Rim a glass with Tony’s and shake Flambeaux with your favorite bloody mary mix.

Prepare large glass rimmed with salt and fill with ice. Muddle 2-3 strawberries in shaker.

Twist lemon peel over martini and drop in.

In a shot glass pour LV Whiskey and Butterscotch Schnapps together. In a separate glass pour the orange juice.
